Training and Bookings
Final booking confirmations will be sent to your email
address at the latest 7 days prior to the course start date. For late
bookings, the confirmation will be sent to you via email or post the
same day. This confirmation mail will contain the full address of the
venue and start time for the course. Online and phone payers will
receive email confirmations while customers who paid by cheque may
receive confirmation via post.
Cancellations for booked training must be made before 7 days to the
course start date. Bookings made less than 7 days to the course start
date may not be cancelled, except in exceptional circumstances, for
which if accepted attracts a 70% administration charge. Booking
cancellations more than 7 days before the course start date will
attract 20% administration charge. Course and date amendments may be
accepted without administration charge. Any refunds will be actioned
within 5 working days from the end date of the cancelled course.
We shall endeavour to place you with some of our security partners and
other security firms who ask us for qualified staff from time to time.
You will need to have obtained your SIA licence for us to be able
to help you. On request, we shall continue to offer support
throughout the licence application process until you receive your
licence.
