We provide 2 courses, this Security Guarding Course and a Door Supervisor Course, each course is individually constructed to comply to NOCN Level 2 Award in Security Guarding or NOCN Level 2 Award in Door Supervision. NOCN Level 2 Award in Security Guarding - Consists of two parts
Part 1: Knowledge based training and assessment (22.5 hours).
This section of the course covers the following topics:
- Role and responsibilities of security officers
- Customer care and social skills
- Fire safety
- Health and safety
- Dealing with incidents and emergencies
- The Law (civil and criminal)
- Procedures for the control of keys and equipment
- Assignment instructions
- Reporting
Part 2 - Practical scenario based training and assessment (7.5 hours).
This section of the course covers the following topics:
- Communication skills
- Conflict management
